Physical Product Purchases

All physical product purchases, including SHAKTI Warriors Kits, workbooks, journals, and printed materials, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Curriculum & Digital Access

SHAKTI Warriors curriculum plans include a 30-day cancellation window.

During the first 30 days of access:

• Customers will have access only to the first module of their selected grade level.
• Additional curriculum modules will remain locked during this introductory access period.

If you choose to cancel within the first 30 days, you may request a refund for your curriculum purchase.

After 30 days:

• Curriculum purchases become non-refundable.
• Full curriculum access and remaining modules will be unlocked.

Subscription & Access Policy

By continuing beyond the initial 30-day access period, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• their curriculum purchase is considered active and fulfilled,
• additional educational materials and modules will become available,
• and the purchase is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
