Program Participation & Usage

By purchasing or participating in SHAKTI Warriors programs, schools, educators, and organizations agree to provide accurate enrollment information, including the number of students participating in the program.

If student enrollment increases beyond the original purchase amount, additional licenses or curriculum access may be required.

Authorized Educator Access

To help maintain program quality and consistency, SHAKTI Warriors curriculum materials should only be implemented by educators or facilitators who have completed the appropriate SHAKTI Warriors training or onboarding process, including Train the Trainer programs where applicable.

Curriculum Sharing & Intellectual Property

All SHAKTI Warriors curriculum materials, lesson plans, digital resources, activities, and educational content are intended solely for the licensed school, educator, or purchaser.

Materials may not be copied, redistributed, shared externally, resold, or provided to individuals or organizations outside of the approved purchasing entity without written permission from SHAKTI Warriors.

Unauthorized sharing or misuse of curriculum materials may result in suspension or termination of access to SHAKTI Warriors resources and services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

SHAKTI Warriors curriculum purchases include a 30-day cancellation window. During this period, users will have access only to introductory curriculum content and the first module of their selected grade level.

After the initial 30-day period, curriculum purchases become non-refundable and additional curriculum modules will be unlocked.

All physical product purchases, including kits, workbooks, journals, and printed materials, are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise stated.
