Rooted in the CASEL Framework, the international standard for social and emotional development.
SHAKTI Warriors transforms research into playful, experiential learning that builds social-emotional skills through real-world practice.
Every element of our program is grounded in
three essential forces that fuel well-being…
The Power of Play
Free, unstructured play gives children safe opportunities to take risks, solve problems, manage conflict, and bounce back from setbacks.
The Power of Nature
Connection to the natural world grounds children’s learning and well-being. By weaving nature into their experiences, we help them feel calm, focused, and connected to something bigger than themselves.
The Power of Purpose
We help kids understand their role in creating positive change. When children are driven by purpose, it calls them powerfully in to the world.
More Than a Story, It's a Movement.
“Have people ever been compelled to action by anything other than a powerful story?” - Peter Diamandis
SHAKTI Warriors is a story-driven social-emotional learning journey that helps children build real-world skills through imagination, action, and connection.
Chaos and his minions are trying to bring kids down, filling their minds with fear, distraction, and self-doubt. But that’s where SHAKTI and her Warriors rise.
This isn’t just a story kids hear, it’s the framework they live inside. With the guidance of educators, parents, and one another, children train their bodies, hearts, and minds to make a meaningful impact in their community. They become warriors through real-life positive action, not lectures.
Where Training Begins:
Naming Minions & Discovering Superhuman Powers
Before children learn new skills, they learn to self-report on what holds them back (minions) and recognize the strengths they want to develop (superhuman powers).
SUPERHUMAN POWERS
Alongside their minions, children identify their Superhuman Powers - real human strengths such as self-awareness, empathy, courage, focus, and more. These aren’t fantasy abilities; they’re learnable skills.
MINIONS
At SHAKTI Warriors, we don’t fault children for discovering their minions, we celebrate them.
Minions represent the real inner challenges kids face every day, like fear, distraction, self-doubt, anger, and anxiety. In a world where children are often expected to “be fine,” naming these struggles is an act of honesty and courage.
